Please remember that dental insurance is a benefit to help defray the cost of dentistry. Patients are fully responsible for payment of all fees. It is office policy that all financial arrangements be made in advance.
All emergency dental services, or any dental service performed without prior financial arrangements, must be paid for at the time services are performed. The office cannot render services on the assumption that charges will be paid by an insurance company. We will be glad to assit you in obtaining information as to the nature of your coverage and thereby help you obtain maximum benefit. |
